On 19 January 2007, Yahoo! Search Marketing reduced keyword minimum CPC for all UK accounts to £0.05. Apparently this is what it was back in 2003.
According to Yahoo!, you can check your minimum bid prices of your existing keywords:

Yahoo! Search Blog announced last Friday that it is starting to update its search index. So check out Yahoo!’s SERP and see if your major keyword rankings have been affected. Yahoo! has already updated my blog’s keyword rankings in its search engine result pages.
